What Black and White WAR MOVIE is This From 1040's 1950's?
I remember this one scene where an inexperienced American soilder came upon a wounded Japanese solider and knelt down beside him as he beg for water and the American soilder knelt down beside him to give him so water…The Sergent shot the Japenese solider with a burst of gun fire killing him. The Young American wanted to jump on the Sgt. and beat him up..as the others held him back. Then the Sgt (or someone) when over to the dead Japanese soilder and turn his body slightly over and pick up a long gernade and shout "CLEAR" and calmly threw it is a clearance and exploded.
The point being. was the Experienced Sergent could see the wounded Japanese solidder was about to get both him at the American killed in a sucided/kill set up.
