my sibilings are nosy and try to guess what my password was on my blackberry, after 10 tries they locked it?
i was sooooo pissed when i found out cause i dont know what to do, some stupid screen appears and it says reload software: 513 what is this? can i get my phone back how it was? i prefer using my blackberry 8900 than using a piece of crap pantech matrix, i need help if you guys can help me please and thanks
I hate to have to tell you this, but you just lost all the data on your phone. As a security function, Blackberrys will perform a data dump after the tenth time a password is incorrectly entered. Here is a link to try and unlock your phone. Hope this helps and sorry about all this.

Take the telephone to the local cell phone carrier store and explain what happened and they will be able to fix it. I would make your siblings pay if any fees are assessed for fixing the telephone.
